Kiyomi “Kay” Okura, 88, of Hilo died Jan. 12 at Hale Hoola Hamakua in Honokaa. Born in Laupahoehoe, she was a homemaker, member of Honpa Hongwanji Hilo Betsuin and Fujinkai, Hui Okinawa, Pomaika Senior Center and was a master hosenryu dancer and instructor. Services held.
